A journey of a bucket filled with a sea water starts and continues up a steep cliff. On the cliff a man takes the bucket and carries it through an unfinished hotel. We see scenes that would be possible in a hotel: the porter awaits the guest, but then he moves a clock hand behind him. A woman in a bed awakes touched by mechanically driven finger, a guest makes fitness and looks at a tv-screen. On the screen flying threes cross the sky. On the walls we see a map of the world and a painting of a big hotel. All those scenes refer to existing works of art and performances by contemporary artists.

At the end of the crossing of the concrete building, the bucket is emptied - the water thunders through a pipe into an empty and wild pit, which was once to become a swimming pool. A string quartet plays there.

At the end of the journey we fly over the hotel and see the huge building and the cliff in their wholeness and end where we started – over the sea.
